Small batch wine club, WineMasons,
Small batch wine club, WineMasons, brings for the very first time outside Australia, the Singapore edition of the Urban Winery Project – a celebration of wine which sees traditional winemaking being brought to urban city hearts.
Taking place over two nights (Friday 23rd March & Saturday 24th March), the Urban Winery Project will bring together wine and food in a ritual feast of culture and cuisines.
Following its incredible success in Australia, this unique wine event will see attendees making their own wine, starting with getting their feet dirty, stomping on grapes flown in from the renowned wine region of Adelaide Hills. (Check out the event video here: https://vimeo.com/202028363)
David Bowley, winemaker and founder of progressive wine brand Vinteloper, will bring guests on the winemaking journey and share the unique art of physically crushing and pressing the grapes to make artisanal wines.
Guests will enjoy five carefully curated glasses of Vinteloper Wine as well as a three-course meal. The set menu has been created in association with Chef Duncan of The Frank Food Company with premium beef being brought in from King Island, Tasmania by Cape Wickham Produce.
Tickets are priced at $140 and include five glasses of wine, a three-course dinner as well as all grape crushing and wine making activities!
