Keen to embark on an arts-based project aimed at creating social impact? The Artists for a Better World programme — part of the Singapore International Foundation’s Arts for Good initiative — seeks to harness the power of arts and culture to generate positive social change. This inaugural edition focuses on how the arts can shape an inclusive society for people with disabilities. Running from September 2017 to March 2018, the programme comprises online webinars and overseas study visits that enable capacity building and international networking. This first edition aims to accept up to 30 applicants, and welcomes emerging artists, arts administrators and programmers from social welfare organisations. Deadline for applications is 11 August, 6pm.
