A NEW DRAMA FEATURING SINGAPORE’S ARTS & CULTURE SCENE

Published on 30 January 2018

Don’t miss the upcoming local romantic comedy “Dance With Me” series, an eight-episode drama following the lives of a museum curator and a bumbling bank officer. Acted by real-life celebrity sweethearts Shane Pow and Kimberly Wang (in their first drama as boyfriend and girlfriend), this chirpy Toggle Originals drama also features Singapore’s arts & culture prominently as the story unfolds.

Bank officer Nat (Shane Pow) meets Vanessa (Kimberly Wang), a museum curator with a passion for dance. He gets drawn into her world of art, heritage and dance, a world that is vastly different from his own. Then soon reach a crossroads where they have to decide at what cost one should pursue the desires of the heart.

Pow and Wang went through locking and contemporary dance classes to prepare themselves for their roles. They were trained by Jenny Neo, principal choreographer at the Singapore Chinese Dance Theatre; as well as CeeKay Soh, one of the leading pioneers of dance community group Lion City Lockers

“Dance With Me” will be available on Toggle from 8 February 2018.
