The Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism is calling for proposals for more reading materials in mother tongue languages that feature local elements. The objective in supporting such content is to help students improve their command of mother tongue languages while gaining a better understanding of local culture. Since 2011, the Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism has awarded $10.3million in grants.
